Introduction

觀塘海濱花園原址為觀塘公眾貨物裝卸區東南端的沿海地段，涵蓋7340平方米面積的一部分。海濱花園建有一座特色塔樓地標，其設計意念來自公眾貨物裝卸區內堆放的一疊疊回收廢紙。每天晚上，塔樓地標內的燈飾會隨着音樂變色閃動，配合地上散射的水霧，以及整條海濱步道地燈的色彩變化，悅目的燈光營造出七彩繽紛的夢幻效果。
