又一城位於港鐵九龍塘站上蓋。商場樓高7層，樓面面積近一百萬平方呎。商場屬區內中高檔商場，有200多個國際著名品牌進駐。商場亦設有美食廣場，Festival Grand電影院及溜冰場，其中溜冰場「歡天雪地」是全港最大型的室內溜冰場之一。
