Leisure and Cultural Services Department

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) manages all public recreational, sports, cultural and art-related facilities in Hong Kong, including museums, parks, libraries, beaches, swimming pools, fitness rooms, city halls and civic centers.

Cultural activities include Hong Kong’s largest Mid-Autumn Festival, Lantern Festival Lantern Carnival, New Year’s Countdown Carnival, and various themed art festivals.

From time to time, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department organizes recreational and cultural activities that are inclusive of the disabled.
