Introduction
Richmond Fellowship was established in the district in 1999. Born in 1999, next to the lower-level shopping mall of the Northeast Chaiwan MTR Port, it provides timely services to stations and manufacturers, and It has developed into a comprehensive professional rehabilitation service center in four years. The service scope of this center includes the provision of processing services for supplied materials: such as mail processing, sorted packaging, shrink packaging or plastic packaging, etc. The services provided by this center enable the rehabilitation to obtain basic training to improve their ability, enhance their self-confidence, learn to face difficulties, and be able to remit money to the society.
