Introduction

Lok Kwan Street Park is located in the west of Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon. It is an industrial area and Liang Yin residence to the east. It has a Chinese garden, three pavilions with inscriptions, a goldfish pond, a children’s playground and a jogging track. It is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department Own and manage.

Most of the uneven places have temporary ramps, and the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off.
