Tsuen Wan Kolour is a shopping and leisure center specially designed for working people and young families in the district. It is located on Chung On Street and Tsuen Wan Market Street and provides a shopping mall of more than 550,000 square feet. Tsuen Wan Thousand Colors I and II are connected by an air-conditioned flyover. The shops on the ground floor to the second floor of Phase I mainly sell fashion clothes, jewelry, lifestyle, beauty products and personal care products; the third to sixth floors are equipped with multiple restaurants and a game console center.

Thousands of Colors in Tsuen Wan has a number of barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, passages, lifts, accessible toilets and nursery rooms/breastfeeding rooms, etc. The design fully considers the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility. Most of the uneven places are equipped with ramps, and the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off.
