Introduction

CHAT (Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile) is a part of the heritage conservation project of The Mills, the former cotton spinning mills of Nan Fung Textiles in Tsuen Wan.Through CHAT’s own curated multi-faceted programmes that will include exhibitions and co-learning programmes, we invite our visitors to experience the spirit of the innovative legacy of Hong Kong textile industry and engage in new dialogues and inspirational journeys that interweave contemporary art, design, science, heritage, community and craftsmanship.

There are multiple barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, passages, automatic doors, lifts, tactile guide paths and tactile floor plans, etc. The design fully considers the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility.

In front of the "Yoshinoya" (Shop 2077), take the footbridge across Dae Chung Road to Pak Tin Pa Street and walk forward 100 meters. Arrive at The Mills Nan Fung Spinning Factory.
