Introduction

Kowloon West PHAB Centre Hong Kong PHAB Association is one of the service centers of the Hong Kong Association for the Disabled and Health. It mainly provides training and support for the disabled, family members/caregivers and the public to help them develop their potential, actively integrate into the community and promote the message of "harmony inclusiveness". The service areas of the center include emotional and psychological counselling services, caregiver support services, public education activities and handicap workshops.
