Introduction

The Xinghua Community Hall is operated and managed by the Home Affairs Department. Facilities such as auditoriums and conference rooms are provided for local organizations to rent as a public service venue for community relations building activities.

Accessibility description

There are many barrier-free facilities at the entrance of the hall, including entrances and exits, ramps, passages, etc. The design fully considers the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility. Most of the uneven places are equipped with ramps, and the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off from Exit E of MTR Chai Wan Station.

There are two entrances and exits, one on the ground floor and the second floor. Both are equipped with ramps, but they are often locked. The staff on duty must be notified to open the door before use.
