Ap Lei Chau or Aberdeen Island is an island of Hong Kong, located off Hong Kong Island next to Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Channel. It has an area of 1.30 square kilometres. Administratively, it is part of the Southern District. Ap Lei Chau is the 4th-most-densely-populated island in the world.
Ap Lei Chau Pier is small and does not have barrier-free facilities, so wheelchair users are advised not to go alone.

- Ap Lei Chau Kaito is located in the Ap Lei Chau Wind Tower Park, and the Shangluo Kaito Pier has to go through a wooden pedal. It is recommended that wheelchair users do not go alone
- Kaito Pier is mostly narrow, making it difficult for wheelchair users to get in and out
- It is recommended that people in wheelchairs do not go alone on a wooden pedal
- Kaito does not have accessible toilets. If necessary, you can use the accessible toilets located in the Tower of Wind Park
