HKSR Cheng Tak Yim Day Rehabilitation and Care Centre

Established in 2001, it mainly provides comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and nursing services for patients with stroke, dementia (formerly known as Alzheimer's disease), brain damage or other chronic diseases in need.

Service philosophy : 
Through a multi-professional team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, social workers and Chinese medicine practitioners, etc., we will conduct a comprehensive assessment for service users, provide rehabilitation and nursing services according to their physical and mental needs, and improve their physical functions and adaptability to life. Help reintegrate into the community.

Service object:
Patients over 18 years of age suffering from stroke, dementia, Parkinson's disease or orthopedics;
Mental state is suitable for group activities;
No infectious diseases.
