Tsing Yi Northeast Park is located at No. 10 Tam Kon Shan Road, Tsing Yi, adjacent to the Huangren Old Students' Association Middle School, Tsing Tai Court and Chang'an Village. The park is built along the north bank of Tsing Yi and connected to Tsing Yi Waterfront Park.
