Blake Garden is an open-air stadium in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island, commonly known as Garden Tsai, managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. Blake Garden is surrounded by botanical parks on the east and west sides. There are two hard-surface football fields, three basketball courts and a volleyball court in the middle. There are also swings and slides in the children's playground.
Blake Garden has multiple barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, passages, and accessible toilets. The design takes full account of the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility. Most of the uneven places are equipped with ramps, and the ramps are relatively more. Flat, wheelchair users can easily get on and off.
There are many sports and play facilities in Blake Garden, and wheelchair users can go alone.
- Bogong Garden has multiple entrances and exits. The main entrance is close to Puxingfang. The entrance is flat and wide, which is very suitable for wheelchair/handicapped people.
- Most parts of the park are designed with wide passages, which are generally suitable for wheelchair users to enter and exit
- Most uneven places are equipped with ramps, the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off
