The ground floor here used to be the "Lei Shengchun" Dieda Pharmacy, and the upper floor is the residence, which represents the former lifestyle of "buying on the bottom and living on the top". It has now been converted into "Hong Kong Baptist University School of Chinese Medicine-Lei Shengchun Hall". The ground of the building is a herbal tea house and display area, and the first to third floors are Chinese medicine clinics. The ground display area is open for free, and you can also book a free guided tour service to visit other floors.......

Cen Richu was a well-known Yin Shang in Xinhui, Guangdong, and he was kind and helpful. In 1978, the mansion was sold to Mr. Qiu Ziwen and his son, Mr. Qiu Mucheng, and was renamed "Jingxianli". The mansion was resold to the previous owner in August 2007. King Yin Lei is a popular photo spot for tourists. Many films have been filmed here, including the internationally renowned film "Jiang Hu Ke" (1955) and the locally produced TV series "Beijing Spring Dream" (1980).
