Perfect Park is located next to Tai Po Waterfront Park and is divided into two parts by Tai Wo Road. The part near the Lam Tsuen River is located on an artificial hill. There is an observation deck on the top of the hill, which overlooks the new town of Tai Po and Tolo Harbour.
