The Ngau Tau Kok Youth Integrated Service Center Service Office received funding from the Social Welfare Department in 1983 to develop youth center services. In 2010, it was allocated a new place by the Social Welfare Department to move from Bailing Building, Ngau Tau Kok Garden Building to its current location. The center is equipped with a number of modern facilities to provide children and youth services that keep pace with the times and accompany them to grow up together.
The Ngau Tau Kok Youth Integrated Service Center only has basic barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, ramps and accessible toilets.
Ngau Tau Kok Youth Integrated Service Centre is specially designed for young people in need. Wheelchair users can go there alone if they need it.
- The main entrance is located at the central square of Upper Village in Ngau Tau Kok, with ramps and automatic doors at the entrance, which is very suitable for wheelchair users
- Most areas of the Social Service Department have wide access roads, which are generally suitable for wheelchair users to enter and exit
- Most uneven places are equipped with ramps, the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off
- There is an accessible toilet in the mall
