「覺察是什麼?」

初初接觸靜觀嘅您,或者腦海都有浮現過呢條問題。

簡單嚟講,覺察就係專注喺當下此刻嘅如實感受,包括身體嘅五官感受,情緒同思想。

舉個例子:而家睇緊呢個Post 嘅您,係有意識知道自己睇緊呢個post?定係眼在手機營幕上但心就走咗去第二度呢?

當您知道(覺察到)個心走失咗而能夠帶番嚟而家個 post上,咁就係靜觀練習啦。要做到時刻保持覺察並唔容易架,今日就開始練習靜觀,持續練習下,慢慢就會對每個當下都有知有覺,好好咁活在當下啦!
